Learn more about ordering and having your parcels delivered from the online shop. Here you’ll find the most frequently asked questions on this topic. We’ve compiled everything you need to know about returns on a separate page.
For technical reasons, we can no longer add an item to an already completed order. However, you are welcome to place a separate order and let us know by Telephone (+41 (0)848 0848 11) or email (versand@transa.ch) that we should send both orders together. Of course, you only pay the postage once.
This is generally possible if we have not yet shipped your order and we are still able to adjust it manually. Please contact us directly. You can reach us by phone (+41 (0)848 0848 11) or by email (versand@transa.ch).
We will always inform you by email about the most important status changes of your order. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will also let you know the parcel’s tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment online. If you selected in-store collection when you placed your order, we will inform you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
You ordered an item but the size is wrong or you don’t like the colour? Then order your new preferred item in the online shop. This way you can directly see the availability and complete the order.
You’ll return the item you already ordered and don’t want to keep through our return process. Please do not place your request for a new order in the return, because the item may already be out of stock by the time your parcel arrives to us.
If you have problems with ordering in the online shop, we will of course also be happy to help you by phone. You can reach us on +41 (0) 848 0848 11
We ship all orders with Post Priority (A Post). Alternatively, you can pick up orders in the store branch of your choosing. Still not sure? Then use Click & Reserve. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive your shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment on the Swiss Post website. Post Priority and bulky goods usually arrive the following day.
If you have a TransaCard and/or an order value from CHF 99, you will not pay any shipping costs. Otherwise, we charge a postage fee of CHF 8. If you only order one gift card, we charge CHF 1.20 shipping costs up to the gift card amount of CHF 200.
We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Generally, this is done within two to three business days. However, it may be that one (or more) item in your order is no longer available in our dispatch warehouse. Then we wait to ship your order until we can receive the item from one of our branches.
For items shipped directly by the supplier, the delivery period is usually three to four business days. These items are marked as ‘Direct delivery’ in the item detail view and are specifically identified in the shopping cart.
We ship all orders with Post Priority. This means that you should receive your order no later than two working days later. We do not offer faster delivery.
You can change your delivery address in the check-out process under ‘Your data’. Simply uncheck ‘The delivery address and billing address are the same’ and input your desired delivery address. If you have already completed your order, please send us an email to versand@transa.ch. As long as your order has not been delivered to the post office, we can still change your delivery address. After that, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change it.
You can enter the PickPost location (e.g. PickPost or MyPost24) in your delivery address during the check-out process. Simply enter your desired PickPost location and your Swiss Post user ID in the ‘Address Line 2/Pickpost User ID’ field.
For the sake of the environment, we refrain from partial deliveries. However, this can lead to waiting times for your order if not all the items in your order are in stock and individual parts have to be shipped from store branches to the warehouse first.
No, we only ship orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
