Hire Process: How it works
Reservation: If you would like to know if the item you want is available on your chosen date, select the form below and fill in all the required information. Send the completed form to our customer service: info@transa.ch. We will review your query and get back to you.
Collection: Bring valid ID to collect your hire equipment in the Transa Markthalle Bern branch from 2 pm on the day before the hire starts. We will be happy to show you how the equipment works when you pick it up, if necessary.
Use: Enjoy your adventure and respect your limits.
Return: Return the equipment to the branch where you collected it by 2 pm on the day after the hire ends.
