A freeride ski for powder or to win the Freeride World Tour.
The Anima from Black Crows is a stable freeride ski with enough edge grip for hard conditions.
The flex is slightly harder and more homogeneous than its predecessor, which is particularly beneficial at high speeds. The radius is rather short at 19 meters and the tail rocker is pronounced. This makes it very maneuverable, even at lower speeds.
It handles lightly when edging, making it surprisingly easy to carve. Nevertheless, it doesn't hang up at the front or rear.
Thanks to the width blade, it swims well in powder and the relatively high weight makes it stable at speed. You can also plow through tracked snow in a relaxed manner.
All in all, the Anima is an ingenious backcountry freeride skis. Fun is guaranteed!
