Vouchers and promotions

You can redeem your discount code during check-out at step two, ‘payment’. Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter the code on your voucher in the appropriate field and click on ‘redeem’. If the entry was correct and the voucher is valid, the voucher amount will be immediately taken into account when calculating the order value. Please pay attention to upper and lower case when entering the discount code.

Possible reasons for this problem may be:

• The discount code is no longer valid

• The minimum order value has not been reached

• Your voucher has already been redeemed

• The voucher is not valid on discounted items

• Your voucher is only valid in our in-store. You can find the policies on this on the voucher.
