We can repair your jacket’s zip, seal holes in your tent or down sleeping bag and find spare parts such as buttons, buckles and screws. No matter how specific the damage is to your backpack, water filter or sleeping mat, let us take a look – we’re sure we can work something out.

Repair Process
Drop in: Bring your faulty product directly to the repair workshop or to one of our branches or outlets. We’ll talk you through the options. Please clean the product first.
Estimate: We’ll either talk you through the options on the spot or get back to you with an estimate. You can then decide whether you want us to go ahead with the repair as discussed.
Duration of repairs: Depending on the situation, repairs can take several weeks. Before the repair work we’ll give you an idea of how long we think it will take. So it’s a good idea to bring the item in well before you intend to use it next. For resoling hiking boots and climbing shoes, we work with the supplier. The footwear will generally be available for your next hike or climbing trip after 15 working days.
Collection: We will let you know by email or SMS when your repair job is complete. You can then collect the item where you dropped it off.
Guarantee
We give you the statutory two-year guarantee on all products you buy from us.
Important: To enable us to honour the guarantee, we need your proof of purchase or we have to verify the data on your TransaCard. If guarantee period has expired or you bought the product from another vendor, we will discuss the options for a repair and the procedure together with you. We also set a cost ceiling.
Repair workshop and partners
At our repair workshop, we can maintain, repair, wash and waterproof a wide range of products for you. All our repair and care locations are certified GORE-TEX® partners. We also work with selected partners and specialists to offer you repairs for as many products as possible.
