Where can you find your customer number? Log in to your Transa profile online. Click on 'My account' and then 'Personal details'. There you will find your customer number starting with the letter K. You can also find it on your Transa invoices or confirmations.
We will automatically update your details in our system with the address you enter, provided your customer number and email address match.
A TransaCard and residence in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein are required for delivery. By registering for a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accepted Transa's privacy policy. We reserve the right to change the delivery mode, circulation and issues of the magazine.
