Winter Weekend Fideriser Heuberge

Want to go ski, but don’t have the necessary experience? Then the Transa Winter Weekend is the right event for you. Register now!

Learn how to go ski touring or take it up again if you’ve had a few years’ break: over the course of two days at the Winter Weekend, you’ll learn the most important things to keep you safe when outdoors. Together with the Höhenfieber mountaineering school, we’ll teach you the basics of touring, materials and the knowledge you need for safe tours. We will practice what we have learnt on site in the Fideriser Heuberge on a two-day ski tour. Amongst other things, you will learn:

  • How to handle materials (skins, touring skis, avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel)

  • Climb technique

  • Basic knowledge of avalanches

The ski touring course consists of two guided ski tours with input on material use and avalanche safety. Please note, a maximum of eight participants will be allocated to each mountain guide. If this is not possible due to the number of registrations, we will inform you in good time.

Our accommodation is the beautiful Chalet Arflina, where meals will also be provided. Read the details below or sign up directly.
