The Arc'teryx Sylan 2 Women are trailrunning shoes designed for female runners who like to run at a fast pace and want to maintain efficiency even over long distances. The women’s-specific fit hugs the foot and provides a precise feel even on technical terrain.

The Rocker midsole with reactive foam provides the propulsion: it supports a smooth roll, promotes a powerful push-off, and returns energy with every step. This reduces fatigue over long distances and helps you run with less effort, even at high speeds. An integrated carbon plate enhances stability and keeps your run under control on uneven terrain.

The light upper is breathable and designed to withstand high use. A flat-knit tongue stabilizes the foot and improves ventilation, while the flat-knit collar keeps small stones out and sits comfortably around the ankle. On the bottom, the Vibram Megagrip outsole with Litebase technology grips a wide variety of surfaces, while the stepped tread pattern with 4.5/3.5 mm-long lugs provides additional traction.
