The wedges have an excellent size-to-weight ratio. The trapezoidal shape of the wedges has proven its worth. The cables are lightly recessed in the wedge head. The round deflection inside the wedge also allows the cable to absorb more energy without tearing. Sizes 1 - 6 are CNC-milled, 7 - 11 are compression-molded with a recess in the middle. The high-quality materials are superbly processed - almost too good to be used. The sophisticated design allows easy and secure placement in a wide variety of cracks and rock types.
