At the heart of the goggles is the Prizm Snow Sapphire Iridium lens. It falls into filter category 3 and is particularly well-suited for days with alternating sun and clouds. Prizm technology enhances colors and contrasts, making snow features stand out more clearly—you’ll spot details sooner and choose your line with greater confidence.
The lens is made of Plutonite, an optically very clear and impact-resistant material. It filters out 100 percent of UVA, UVB, and UVC rays as well as harmful blue light up to 400 nanometers; Uv protection is integrated directly into the lens material and requires no additional coating. The Iridium coating reduces glare and optimizes light transmission—a benefit in changing weather conditions.
The dual-lens design with F3 anti-fog coating absorbs moisture and prevents fogging all day long. The Ridgelock quick-change system makes lens replacement easy while also sealing out wind and snow.
The flexible O-Matter frame and three-layer foam ensure that the glasses remain comfortable and pressure-free even after hours of wear. The three-layer polar fleece foam conforms to the face and wicks away moisture. Subtle indentations at the frame height on the temples allow for comfortable wear over prescription glasses.
