The M's LW Down Sweater Vest from Patagonia is the perfect down vest when you need light extra warmth while on a tour or when traveling. Its 800 cuin fill power down insulation provides warmth even in freezing temperatures.

The outer fabric, made from recycled NetPlus nylon ripstop, is light, durable, and wind-repellent—and is sourced entirely from old fishing nets to help reduce plastic pollution in the oceans. The PFC-free DWR coating allows light precipitation to bead up and roll off, and—together with the jacket’s moisture- and temperature-regulating properties—ensures a comfortable body climate.

You can adjust ventilation via the full-length snap-button placket, and warm your hands in two zip pockets—the left one can be converted into a stuff sack. Armholes with elastic edging keep warm air inside, and the hip-length fit works well with a climbing harness or backpack hip belt. The vest is manufactured in a Fair Trade-certified facility.
