The Minimalist Tarp from Sea to Summit is an ultra-lightweight tarp for minimalists who don't want to do without protection when trekking or biwaking. The Ultra-Sil LS polyester ripstop fabric is waterproof, dries particularly quickly and hardly stretches at all - a great advantage in damp conditions.

The double storm flaps can be closed or opened depending on the weather - for protection from wind and rain or more shade on sunny days. The curved catenary shape reduces flapping at the edges in strong winds. The tarp is easy to erect with trekking poles and has guy ropes at reinforced guy points. The guy ropes are removable - for tangle-free stowage in your backpack.
