Nortik is a brand of Out-Trade GmbH from Ulm in southern Germany. The company has been selling folding boats from various manufacturers for a long time. After years of experience with various folding boat models and manufacturers, the company launched its own brand. All the experience and market needs they had gathered over the years flipped into the development of this brand.
Nortik is successful in the folding boat and hybrid kayak sector, where only a minimum of poles are required. The range extends from sea kayaks and touring kayaks suitable for expeditions to boats for recreational use or ultra-light, high-performance packrafts. Nortik has received many awards for its boats, including from renowned trade magazines. Nortik manufactures the world's only two folding sea kayaks with a completely closed shape: the Nortik Fold origami kayak.
