The Expedition Carbon Pro Ski Pls from Black Diamond are light carbon ski poles designed for everyday touring. The two-piece carbon construction saves weight while remaining durable, and the FlickLock Pro mechanism allows for quick and secure length adjustment. The FlickLock Pro lever locks the two sections securely in place and can be opened and closed quickly, even while wearing gloves.

The extended EVA foam grip allows for a quick grip change during ascents, and the straight edge of the grip scrapes ice & snow off the skis. A rubber tip on the grip helps with adjusting the bindings on the go; the straps are secured with a running stitch and can be removed.

The lower shaft segment contains a PH3 screwdriver bit and a 1.5-millimeter hex bit—so you can handle small repairs right on the mountain. The 100-millimeter powder baskets with dual-density articulation provide stability in low snow, and the Flex Tips are interchangeable, extending the binding’s service life.
