The Expedition Ski Poles from Black Diamond are sturdy ski poles designed for everyday use in the backcountry. The two-piece aluminum construction is light and durable, and the FlickLock mechanism allows for quick and precise length adjustment.

The extended EVA foam grip allows for quick repositioning of the hand as the slope changes, and the straight top of the grip is ideal for brushing ice & snow off your skis. A small rubber nub on the grip helps with adjusting the binding during ascents; the straps are secured with a running stitch and can be removed.

The lower shaft contains a PH3 screwdriver bit for small repairs on the mountain, and the 100-millimeter powder baskets provide grip in low snow.
