«Flat pedals offer more security than clipless pedals on slippery surfaces, which is particularly helpful in the fall. Especially after the past wet summer season, I can highly recommend the lightweight composite pedals from Oneup. The grip on the pedal is great and there is also a version in a smaller size for women and children. For the latter, I recommend the less pointed “friendly pins”, which you can easily change yourself. Wear parts such as ball bearings or pins are available as spare parts, which makes the composite pedals durable and long-lasting.»
