The M's Retro Pile Jacket from Patagonia is a fleece jacket that offers plenty of warmth and comfort. It's made from double-sided Polartec fleece, which is now made from 100 percent recycled polyester. It feels soft against the skin and retains body heat without adding unnecessary bulk.

Thanks to its flat-seam construction, the jacket adds hardly any bulk under a backpack or another layer and reduces friction against the skin. The full-length front zip can be opened for ventilation, and the high stand-up collar protects the neck from drafts. You can stow your smartphone or small items in the chest pocket and the two side bags, all of which have zips.

Elastic trim on the collar, cuffs, and hem provides a clean finish and keeps cold air out. The jacket is manufactured in a Fair Trade-certified facility.
