The outer fabric is based on a light version of Patagonia’s Steel Forge Workwear fabric. The high-strength ripstop fabric protects the insulation layer from rough rock faces and sharp pieces of gear. Inside, a filling of 100% recycled down ensures a good warmth-to-weight ratio, while Thermogreen synthetic insulation at the cuffs and under the arms complements the construction—making these areas more resistant to moisture and wear.

Thanks to the two-way front zip, you’ll always have easy access to your climbing harness while belaying. Two spacious hand-warming bags provide quick comfort for chilled fingers—and if you get too warm during the climb, you can pack the hoodie compactly into its own left bag. Elastic cuffs and an adjustable hem round out the functions.
